WHAT I DO
I was born in Transylvania and moved to America in 1997. What many people don’t know however, is that there is a rich Hungarian community here in the United States. Particularly in Chicago, we have strong group of people that upkeep and partake in this community. Our activities range from hosting picnics to luncheons to gala balls, etc. Looking further into the future, I hope to utilize my studies to help me take a leadership role in this community and help extend the future of Hungarians in Chicago.
I received my Bachelor of Science in Communications, as well as a minor in Spanish from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Previous to my current position, I worked as a Relationship Manager at a Healthcare Marketing Agency. Before that, I held a Marketing and Promotions internship at multiple radio stations. Here, I was able to get hands-on experience and exposure in working with talent and the public at all the promotional events that were held. I was given the opportunity to work within all departments, including sales, on-air talent and promotions.
I am continuing my education and pursuing my Masters of Arts degree at DePaul University in Public Relations and Advertising, due to my interest in these fields. I am currently a Relationship Manager at Mabbly, a digital marketing agency in Chicago. Alongside that, I am also the Producer and Show Host at MeetAdvisors, an online platform for entrepreneurs.
